6 Seats Patio Dining Set Rectangular Dining Table with Chairs and Ottoman (PAD-3234-SET)

When I stumbled upon this beautiful patio furniture, I was blown away by the "Peacock" Blue color. I ordered two different sets, which their customer service team reached out to me immediately to make me aware that they were different colors and sizes. I initially placed and order for a brown and black set.After working with them, we found two sets that match, and they expedited the order. Prior to receiving them, they reached out to let me know there was a mistake in the colors and that I had an electric blue color sent to me.Without hesitation, they wanted to make it right and let me know they were not only shipping the correct color to me, but also let me know I was welcome to keep the electric blue color so I can have replacement covers if I need them. I am over the moon, and can change up the colors if needed.Now on to the quality of the furniture:The patio furniture was tedious to put together, but every single hole lined up perfectly! There were even extra parts just in case one is lost (or falls between the deck panels). This is some of the nicest pato furniture I've sat on, both in terms of sturdiness and comfort! With varying sizes family members, I'm not worried about it collapsing or wearing out fast.The covers they sent with it are nice and stayed on even through an intense wind storm. I woke up the morning after expecting them to have blown off, and was pleased to see they stayed in securely!For two sets it took me just under 12 hours to assemble. Eventually I used a different wrench from a set than what it came with. All parts use an Allen wrench and is hand tightened, so it took a while. (I recommend making a party out of it! )I plan to buy from rattan artisans in the future and couldn't recommend them more!It's so tough to know what you are getting, and I'm happy to have gone with this brand!

I've had these for a while now and they have held up great even with the Florida sun!!

Great look and very comfortable seating, with covers included (which separately can be expensive). But unless you have unlimited time and the patience of a saint, ask friends and family (make a party of it!) to help you put these pieces together. There are literally dozens of nuts and bolts to work with and I would get an Allen wrench tool with a handle (here on ) or a power drill to help with all the tight spaces you'll need to get into; it will save a lot of time. Once done, it's all worth it!

Excellent set and customer service. Shipping estimated about 8 days, arrived in 3.Great quality for the price. Time consuming to put together, even with power tools, as the locations for some of the screws is challenging. Note also that the interior bottom of the table storage is made of a yard-sign kind of plastic so it¡¯s not going to hold a lot of weight, but good nonetheless.If you¡¯re patient, it¡¯ll pay off.Ordered the peacock color and love it. We did decide to add some additional stuffing to the backs and arm pillows to make them more plump.Two days after ordering it, the seller added a coupon. I contacted them and they honored it with a refund after it was delivered.Highly recommended!

Bought on June 14, 2023 - I received the boxes on June 17, 18, and 19 (in case you haven't seen in other reviews, it comes in three different boxes). Was impressed with how fast the shipping was considering it wasn't Prime.I shopped online for about 3 days looking for a set on , Lowes, Home Depot, Wayfair, etc and liked the value for the price ...from reading the reviews I knew it was going to be time consuming to put it together and was able to mentally prepare for that ahead of time.The good:-Great quality for the price-Looks great-Really comfortable cushions-Sturdy-Comes with lots of extra hardware (my left overs are shown in one of my review photos)The not so good:-The rattan gets really hot during the day so you'll need to be careful-I'm not sure about leaving the cushions out in the rain and they don't all fit in the storage box.The bad:-It took me a little over 6 hours to put it all together. The boxes coming on 3 different days was a blessing because it allowed me to split up the work. I wouldn't have been thrilled to put this all together in one day. If you can get an allen/hex bit for your drill that will save you a ton of time. I didn't have one and I'm stubborn and didn't want to buy one just for this. It's really not HARD to put it together, there's just a lot of screws that need to be hand tightened and some are in some awkward places and require you to have a wrench on the lug on the other side.Overall, very happy and I highly recommend it.

It really wasn¡¯t bad to put together with 2 people. Just make sure you have a drill on hand. The order came in 3 separate shipments which was fine because it would have taken a full day to put everything together. We are really enjoying this set and have no complaints!

It was relatively easy to set up, and we are not geniuses. We did it one afternoon.The cushions are relatively lightweight and slide around some when no one is using, the furniture but that has been no problem for us, and they are very comfortable.

This arrived is a few boxes. The table and sofa came first - super easy to assemble. The cushions took a little strategy, I turned the covers inside out - lined up the bottom and worked them over the foam. I was worried about the rest of the boxes, as it said the product was delivered - but they magically appeared. I love this set - for the price and ease of shipping and assembly it was a great purchase. Had a little issue with the color of the couch (factory shipped the wrong color), but when the last boxes arrived, the correct color covers were included without me asking. Great customer service.
