Looks beautiful, and quality better than expected
This set was so well-priced for what you get - I was kind of expecting it to feel like junk. But the furniture is nicely finished, and the screws holding it together are made of quality stainless steel. It took my husband and me about an hour to assemble the chairs, plus another hour for the fire pit. Way easier than something from Ikea lol! The video instructions are super helpful.I took off one star for comfort and sturdiness because the cushions aren't super soft and cushy, although I've taken a few naps on the sofa already! The chairs are fairly lightweight and tip easily (but there's a kit supplied that snaps the pieces together). The fabric feels nice and cleans up very easily.Fedex screwed up the delivery of the fire pit. The brand was very communicative and sent out a replacement a few days later.

Good quality good price
It¡¯s a lot of furniture for a great price.It comes in a lot of big boxes! But our handy man said it was simple to put together.I probably could have done it myself but we just moved and we were a bit tired from the move!The cushions are comfy and they are a light gray color. They are pretty. In the picture online they looked kind of light blue however, they are gray.

Good value
I bought this relatively inexpensive set mainly because it was available to be shipped quickly, and I wanted metal instead of fake wicker. Overall, I am pleased with this set; it's pretty comfortable. It is easy to assemble; I only had issues with two holes being sloppily welded so the screw wouldn't go in. This was easily resolved with a drill. I don't expect this to last a lifetime, but if I get a few years out of it, I will be thrilled. I did buy covers for it, and I plan to Scotchguard the cushions.

Plan on re-stuffing the back cushions.
Love the set. We got the couch, love seat coffee table and 2 chairs but we chose to purchase stiffer foam for the back cushions because the ones that came with the set were very soft and not comfortable at all. Seat cushions are fine.We spent an additional $150. for new foam which we cut to size and installed ourselves. I realize this may be a deal breaker for some but we decided to invest because we really liked everything else about this patio furniture.

Great, Comfortable Patio Set, Be Be Careful When Putting it Together
Ultimately, this is a great patio set. It's very sturdy, the cushions are great, and it's comfortable. There were a few issues that we encountered when putting this set together that you should be aware of.When you put it together, make sure that you don NOT lay the pieces on concrete or the powder coating will scratch. It scratches way to easily. Put some cardboard down on the floor or put it together on carpet. The first few pieces (the chairs) got scratched up because we didn't lay down cardboard first. Any slight movement on concrete and it will scratch. I thought it would be more scratch resistant, but the powder coating is not very thick at all.When putting together the set, be aware that some of the bolts are smaller than others.You may want to get a better Allen wrench than what is provided, or get a drill bit or screwdriver bit that is the same size. There's no way I would have been able to put this together with the sole help of the provided allen wrenches.Finally, there were 2 different bolts whose nuts that you screw them into that were not made right, so they couldn't be screwed in all the way; and that's even after using the allen wrench and pair of pliers to literally force the screw to screw in most of the way.Overall, I'd give this set 5 start for comfort, but it falls short on the powdercoating and the way it's made, as some bolts won't screw in completely.

After communicating with Win Win and Amazon A to Z customer service, I¡¯m completely satisfied with my new cushions that are much firmer, comfortable. Sometimes it¡¯s not about a money adjustment it¡¯s about the quality of the product you purchase, so when Win Win understood I didn¡¯t want the money adjustment they sent me new cushions for my sofa n 2 chairs, key points from my experience is to listen to what the manufacture has to say about satisfying you and most important the manufacture needs listen to the customer wants n needs to satisfied their customer now with my experience completed I¡¯m satisfied, I do recommend this patio conversation set. Thank youVery disappointed with the seat / back cushions they aren¡¯t firm not comfortable, I just received my patio set March 24, 2022, with this poor quality cushions I can¡¯t imagine in a few more months what my patio set is going to look, I¡¯m asking what Win Win company will satisfy me, send me firmer cushions or take this set back without any cost or hassle, the reply back from Win Win was to give me $30 adjustment what a insult, so I sent my concern again ( thought I was replying to Amazon for help with my dissatisfaction but, went to Win Win again ) they came back this morning telling me the reviews were good and I must be mistaken about my cushions ( again insult not everyone writes reviews to notify the manufacture ) this time they offered $65, let me make this perfectly clear it¡¯s not about a $30 or $65 adjustment it¡¯s ALL about my seat / back cushions which I believe Win Win doesn¡¯t understand. The money I spent for this set I should have a set I can be happy with. I do not recommend this set at all.
