A little longer to assemble than noted,but overall not too difficult.Quality looks good.Only had one chair that doesn't set level,but probably will after some sitting time..

First, I love the look of this set and it is exactly what I was looking for for my patio. The table was easy to assemble but once complete, I noticed a large noticeable dent on one of the slats of the tabletop. The chairs are also nice and seem sturdy but putting them together was a nightmare. If you follow the steps outlined in the instructions, it is almost impossible to get the holes to line up for the last step. My biggest issue with the set is that after it rained, there is rust coming from some of the chairs which is staining my patio. This is an outdoor set so it should be able to withstand rain and the set is mostly covered by a gazebo so it doesn't even get directly hit with rain consistently. I would hate to return after how long it took to put together but I can't even contact the company because when I click the item, it only gives me the option to return or replace. Frustrating.

there were a couple of pieces missing from chairs, plastic tips that push into feet

First, let me say that I received the table and chairs in record time, and packing was impeccable. Everything was neatly wrapped for protection, and all assembly materials were separated, sealed, and labeled. I assembled the table alone, without too much problem. There were no assembly instructions for the chairs, but a note to the vendor, through , had a PDF with the instructions, the next morning in my email. Great customer service.Now to the chairs. My husband and I had many issues with the holes not being drilled properly to receive the screws. Angles were wrong, and the screw might go in without the attaching piece, but when adding the seat, or arm (example) it forced the screws to a different angle, not allowing them to be tightened. It was a frustrating, mess. Finally, my husband got some vice grips and forced them, all the time praying that the screws wouldn¡¯t break. Because of this, a couple do not sit evenly, and have a wobble.Edited 11/15/21. The company reached out and refunded a good portion of the cost, due to my previous review. I have edited by adding a star, and removing my personal opinions, but have not changed our experience, as it is factual.

The entire set took about 2-1/2 hours to complete unwrapping and assembly by one person (me). The set will not see the outdoors until Spring but it seems to be sturdy.Some tips for assembly by one person,Use the enclosed instructions for the bolt location and size only.Chairs - lay the chair back on a table seating face up. Install the bolts to the legs. Attach the seat to the chair back and then to the legs. Install all bolts LOSELY. Set the chair upright and on a level surface. I used a table for this task. Once upright, wiggle the chair gently to allow the bolts to position themselves. Begin tightening the screws as you would when changing a tire. From your first position ex: Left front, move to the right rear and then the left rear and finally the right front. Also snug the bolts to the seat back from the seat and arm. Once everything is snug, again wiggle the chair to ensure that it will find level and proceed to use the same procedure to complete the final tightening of all of the bolts. If you fail to do the tightening in the cross chair manner, it can pull the chair into a twisted and uneven mess. NEVER tighten bolts by going around the furniture in a circle.The table is a little more tricky but doable by one person.Lay the table top upside down on another table or the floor. Install the 4 legs loosely but kind of snug so that they will not move excessively when you are putting the umbrella guide in. Place the center support umbrella guide into the welded supports on the legs and put one screw in each of the 4 locations around the table. Once this is done go around and put in the other 4 screws. Next look at each bolt location and ensure that the table supports look symmetrical and even. Start snugging up the screws in a star pattern as described above so as not to "pull' something out of symmetry. Continue going around the table until all screws are snugged up. Again, look for symmetry before the final tightening of the bolts. If all looks good, complete the tightening process using the star method. NEVER tighten one side and then the other.If you do as listed, it is highly likely, barring any manufacturing defect, that the completed patio set will be solid and square with all feet on the ground.Good luck and I hope this helps as the so-called instructions are just pictures.

I really like this set. However, I have a pretty major issue with the assembly instructions, and hopefully my review can help someone else that may be purchasing this set. On the first 3 chairs, the screws that go in last, on step 3, ended up being stripped, and honestly I believe that it is due to faulty instructions. On the last 3 chairs I had no issue, and this is what I did differently-I did not fully tighten those screws from steps 1 & 2 or put the caps on those screws until after the screws in step 3 are put in and fully tightened. If the screws in step 1 & step 2 are started and only a medium tightness, like finger-tight, and then you put the screws in for step 3-fully tighten those, and then go back and tighten the ones from steps 1 & 2 after the screws in step 3 are in and fully tightened-then the chairs will go together beautifully.I had assumed I could fully tighten those screws because part of steps 1 and 2 are to add the caps that go on the screws, so I had thought I could fully tighten them and add the caps before continuing. Do not make my mistake. Once all screws are in and have been tightened, just add all the caps at the very end.If the company that makes this product happens to see this review and wants to make it right, I could use 5 of your a4 screws, that are used in step 3.The set is beautiful and feels sturdy, but the difficulty with assembly when I was following the instructions given does leave a bit of a negative feeling.

First off, the packaging for the patio set is superb! I included a photo of one of the table box that was damaged during shipping (its bulky, heavy and unwieldy) so the company obvious took some thought into caring for the corners by having some makeshift welded corner protector! I am sure other companies would probably use plastic so i am pretty impressed.We chose this type of set because we wanted our feet to be on the floor when sitting around whereas some other sets, the seats are like bar stools and your feet are on some riser. If i wanted to slouch or cross my legs i cant in those. Also, i liked that i could wedge my legs like a ¡°less than¡± sign under the chair whereas skme other chairs it seems like its sitting on a box.Getting into the color, since when i was deciding at the time either a darker brown/greyish color or a seafoam green and i am so glad we decided on the seafoam green - super cute!I didnt find putting the chairs and table altogether difficult - but there was a challenge when putting the back rest in between the seat posts but once i got the hang of it, each subsequent chair was put together quicker.I like the look on the metal as it looks very sleek and trendy, along with the added design of the basket-weave for the back rest.The cushions are not too dense but they dont feel too squishy - i liked that i could remove the covering to put in the washer when spills or stains happen!If i could change something, i think if the chairs could be more stackable than they are currently, it would be beneficial for everyone, not just a select group of folks who leave it outside like me.

Nice table set , reasonable priced but very hard to assemble. Took me over an hour to put one chair together. If you have patience go for it but bring plenty it it. Would not recommend due to difficulty of putting chairs together. But love the set.Update:I guess companies really do read our reviews. About a week or so after posting my review I was contacted by the company regarding my experience. I'm pleased to say the company did listen to my concerns and made things right by sending me replacement chairs. I now have a beautiful set and my family was able to enjoy dinner outside last weekend when the weather was beautiful. Because of their quick action to make it right by their after sales customer service and because the set is beautiful I have updated my rating to 5 stars. Thanks Nicole!
