Fire pit is missing but the delivery states all pieces were delivered. Ww reached out to the seller they reponded in a few hours and let us know it was shipped separately. I have assembled about half of the furniture and it is very sturdyand comfortable. assembly is time consuming but easy. Do yourself a favor and Get a adapter for Allen wrench on your rachet. You can do it with the tools supplied but it will take you longer. NICE FURNITURE MY WOGE LOVES IT.

This is a very nice patio set. Several previous reviews mention firm seats, but we like the cushions like that. The modular nature of the seating has allowed us to play around with the configuration and will give us some flexibility when we have guests over, allowing us to gather around the fire or sit in an in-line arrangement more conducive to watching TV. We have a Trex deck, which allows the furniture to slide a bit, but we think we have solved that with a bit of non-skid rubber attached to the bottoms of the feet. Also, we have just clipped them together, so that has helped significantly as well. The fire pit is so much better than the one we replaced with this set. It starts quickly, has a strong, but adjustable flame, and with the wind shields has been better in the breezes that blow through our yard.We have assembled many pieces of furniture previously. The documentation for this set was as good as most and the assembly fairly easy. We did make a mistake during assembly in one of the first steps by rotating a flat panel 180 degrees from where it should have been, but we quickly discovered it when we more closely compared the document to the pieces and assembly was smooth after that. As the assembly consists of bolts held in place by captive nuts, there was no damage due to our assembly error.The best feature, though, has been the customer service. Immediately upon shipment we were sent information with all five tracking numbers which helped us as the set arrived over two days. Also, unfortunately, the webbing of one of the pieces was damaged in shipment which we did not discover until the set was assembled. We contacted customer service who responded to us by the next morning. The replacement part was sent out immediately, again with tracking number provided. Replacement of the panel was a straight-forward as the assembly.

My wife and I love this pateo furniture. We got the six boxes (if you ordered in a specific color the covers will come a little later in a separate box). I assembled my self and it was very straightforward. I used one of the packaging boxes to assist assembly as it was about the right height to help align machine bolts. I recommend not fully tightening until all bolts are partially tightened. Chairs are light and easy to position and clips provided allow for multiple seat combinations. We will be getting seat covers to protect cushions and chairs and reduce need for bringing cushions in during variable weather. Definitely recommend this pateo furniture for both quality and value.

I researched different sectional sets for weeks before settling on this one. I couldn¡¯t be happier. The set same in 6 different boxes over 2 days but I was able to track all of them as the shipper sent an email with all of the tracking numbers. Once received, everything was fairly easy to put together. I did the entire sectional myself over ~3 hours. Once you do the first one, it goes quick. The fire pit took about an hour as we took our time to make sure that we did it correctly.The sectional is very comfortable and I love the higher back (this was the highest that I could find). Both my son and I have both taken naps on it. There are non-slip mats that go under the seat cushions but they don¡¯t work that well as the cushions do slip a bit. Easy fix though as I will just purchase some Velcro to better secure them. My set came with the gray cushions but I also received navy blue cushion covers. I just haven¡¯t switched over to the navy yet (which was what I wanted when I purchased the set). I love having two sets of covers though so I can change things up from time to time. I¡¯ve left the cushions out during short/light rain and they dry off quickly. The water beads on tops and easily wipes off. I haven¡¯t left them out during long downpours though so I do not know how they will do in that situation.The fire pit can be challenging to light at times but it could be operator error as we¡¯ve only used it a handful of times (it¡¯s summer so we don¡¯t really need it yet) and we always get it lit. Once on, it definitely can throw some heat. I can¡¯t wait for a nice fall night to sit out there with the fire going.I am very happy with my purchase and would definitely purchase again!

Beautiful sectional, easy to assemble (instructions were very easy to understand). Arrived quicker than expected. Can be arranged to fit any space. Good quality and price.

Boxes did come separately But it was fine because it took some time to build each piece .For the price it¡¯s worth it . I have seen other sets that look cheap and cost double the price . I totally recommend this set !

I researched outdoor furniture long before I committed to buying this set. I read all their other reviews and was sold. I absolutely love this! Was exactly what I wanted for our deck. Fits perfectly! It¡¯s very well made. Sturdy and comfy. The fire table is stunning. For the value of this set, it¡¯s a must buy! I know it will last a very long time.Also, their customer service is amazing! Any question I had, was delivered with a prompt answer. They seem to truly care about customer satisfaction.I also want to add his easy it is to clean and maintain. I have a large dog. Sometimes she will jump on it with dirty paws. Doesn¡¯t take much effort to clean at all. I recommend to buy this now! Very happy with the product and the company.

We were looking for a nice and comfortable patio set for a very long time after we did our stamped patio last summer. So we set our minds on this one and we purchased it in the spring. It took me an hour and a half to assemble everything together and when I was ready the difference this set made in our back yard was huge in a very positive way. We enjoyed it with family and friends for the whole summer and we received a lot of compliments how elegant, contemporary, and comfortable it is. My wife was concerned how sturdy and durable the fabric will be because we are with a toddler and a baby, but turns out there is no need to worry, because the fabric is great and very easy to clean. We noticed that the company sells cushion cover sets and dark grey is looking great so we may go for it.
