Amazing customer service
This outdoor set makes my backyard look like a resort. Looks amazing and is comfortable. It is also waterproof perfect for our pool area.Customer service was amazing and extremely responsive for any concerns or issues. I end up buying to set and more pieces to transform my backyard in a nice resort look like. Love this!
Quality seems to be great. I built them myself with no issues at all. I love both cushion colors. The only issue with the black is that it attracts lint. It is very comfortable to sit on and would buy again in a heartbeat. FYI, I researched furniture for several weeks and definitely chose the best.

Great Product/Great Seller
It has taken me quite a while to get pictures to be able to write this review, but I couldn't do the seller justice without them. I have not had a more responsive seller. I was very thorough in reading prior reviews before purchasing this product and three things that jumped out in prior reviews were the furniture was not comfortable, hard to assemble and the cushions slide and would not stay on. I just thought the product looked so beautiful, I ordered anyway. The product arrived as promised and I had a very similar reaction to the other reviews, but I would tell you this. When I first got my furniture, it had one panel damaged, the seller immediately replaced. The furniture was a bit tricky to assemble the first piece, but you learn right away to follow their instructions exactly and DO NOT tighten the bolts until all panels are connected. If you do, the holes do not line up perfectly, but if you follow their instructions, it was a breeze. Then I was trying to hook my pieces together and what they sent did not work right. I contacted the seller about it and the fact that the cushions would not stay on and they immediately sent me the correct pieces to connect and material (similar to what you put under an area rug) to put under the cushions and they hold great. As for comfort, the back cushions are not wonderful lumbar support, but I just added some decorative pillows that you will see in the photos and it works great. Very comfortable. All-in-all, I could not have been more impressed with the seller's responsiveness and I just love the product. THANK YOU and highly recommend.

Nice set
Putting it together wasn't to bad, I used power tools. If you use the small tools they give you, you will be working on it for days! I used threadlocker blue so hopefully everything stays tight for a while.

Beautiful patio set
The seller was in contact with me the entire time. The set came in 8 boxes. They sent me a nice message listing out all the tracking numbers along with some videos. Fantastic customer service! The set arrived undamaged and was pretty easy to put together. It took my husband and I a good part of the day to assemble everything. We took our time. All the parts were clearly marked for assembly. As you can see from the pictures/video, it is a really beautiful set. The pieces are modular, so we arranged in an L shape (they provided different setups). I love it, exactly what I was looking for. Will need to add bigger cushions, as we like to lounge! 100% positive experience. Very happy with the quality, color and durability. Highly recommend.

Perfect blend of style and comfor
I researched a lot of different patio sectionals for quite a while before I settled on buying this one. I was quite nervous because I was sure there would be pieces missing or they wouldn't actually screw together well. Well, I was pleasantly surprised! The boxes came VERY quickly -so quickly that I wasn't home that weekend and wasn't expecting them yet! They got rained on outside and it looked like the rain seeped into the boxes a little but the first pleasant surprise was when I opened the boxes and everything was so well-wrapped in plastic and packed well that nothing got wet at all. My husband then put together the pieces one by one. It DID take him quite a while. He worked slowly and methodically so it was not so quick. BUT he actually commented that he can't remember the last time he put together a piece of furniture that actually WORKED like it was supposed to. He said the instructions were clear, every piece was labelled correctly and not missing, and the screws lined up. (Don't tighten until all screws are in place.) He is not so easy to please because he's a perfectionist and he actually said I should write a nice review because he was impressed. The total sofa looks great together! I'm so excited to use it!!

Love this patio set!
We bought this patio set a couple of months ago, after considering many options at various places. So far, we love this set. It fits perfectly underneath our 12¡¯x10¡¯ gazebo.First of all, this set looks great. We picked the espresso wicker color with the turquoise cushion ¡ª the beige color that it shipped with looks nice enough that we haven¡¯t switched into the turquoise yet.The cushions feels dense and thick, comfortable enough for us to lounge in for many evenings now. And during those evenings, the fire pit has served us very well.Installing the set took a few hours. Initially, one of the corner pieces had a part with missing screw holes, and another part with blemishes on the wicker. We contacted the seller, NICESOUL, and they got back to us right away and quickly shipped out the replacement parts, hassle-free.Overall, we¡¯re very happy with this patio set and our experience with this seller.
