Glass is a problem in heat
Sitting out on a warm day and the glass exploded on the coffee table for no reason. Nothing was on it , was just in the sun

Adjustable table
I was excited to see that the table could adjust from a dining table to a coffee table. However, the pedals to adjust the table are cheaply made and don¡¯t work well at all. Going to try to see what can be done to remedy that. The rest of the set is great, well made, and very attractive.Update: Great customer service! Christine had me go through steps, even send a video, of how I was adjusting the table. It was agreed that one of the sides was faulty. They are sending me a new one!Very happy with the furniture.

Nice chairs (for the price) - not fancy & directions can be misleading.
2 Box's arrived (Box A & Box lB). Opened Box A 1st; found the assembly instructions & the very first thing advises "This furniture comes in 3 boxes - do NOT start assembly until ALL 3 arrive." My Amazon a/c showed the order had been filled & delivery made. I waited 2 days - no addt'l box's. Contacted the seller via Amazon & rec'd a reply the next day advising 2 boxes is all I should get. The box's are flimsy, as in FLIMSY cardboard & some parts punched holes in the box's making me wonder as to the condition of the contents.All parts (& even some spare hardware) were inside. Assembly was not that difficult. Midway thru assembly I got my clamps to help align parts. Without clamps I never would have been able to align the parts for assembly. I also used my hex extension handle - which saved a lot of time & my fingers to boot.The chairs are decent & from the materials used will not last that many years. Our chairs will live indoors in a patio room & not be exposed to the outside elements - which should extend their life somewhat.

I needed a table for outside dining and this is the perfect one. I love the conversion aspect of the table. Down for morning coffee and up for lunch or dinner. We love it!!

Looks good, but not what I had hoped for.
This product looks nice and appears to be well made (so far). I really like the box for the cushions. However, I would have to complain about a couple things: the instructions had a few mistakes and they were very poorly put together. For instance, the table recommended using 'D' long screws but ultimately, the only screws left at the end were the 'K' short screws. Those screws worked and I can only be glad that we put the table together last! It also listed the letter code for the nut when it was obvious that it should have been a washer instead. My other complaint would be the size. I am a bigger person, and I bought these thinking the size would be appropriate for me. The single chair is definitely not made for a bigger person and I will likely use the 2 or 3 person seating for myself to be the most comfortable. I really wish we had been able to try it out in the store... of course we probably would not have bought it! We are keeping the set, all the while questioning why outdoor furniture is so expensive and wondering if it is really worth the money but after looking around, it was the best we could do especially with the no interest financing. And it does make our backyard porch look nice, even if it isn't as comfortable as I had hoped. Of course, my dogs love it!

Nice Patio Set
Very nice looking set. Great furniture for the price/value. We looked for weeks to buy a set we didn¡¯t have to put together but price was 3-4 times greater than this set. It definitely takes 2 people to put together and about 4-5 hours. Definitely would recommend if you don¡¯t mind putting in the effort.

Asolutely Love this Set!!
Delivery was quick and as promised. The Gray/Gray is exactly as shown and exactly what I was looking for. Was easy to put together, but is best to have 2 people (definitely need 4 hands) to assemble. First chair took approximately 2 hours to put together, after that, all other pieces went together in less than 1 hour. Trick is not to tighten screws, until they are all in, per the instructions. Really happy and enjoying this purchase!

Beautiful, Functional & Quality Patio Set
This patio set has it all! We received two deliveries for this patio set with five boxes in total. The couch and table arrived a couple of days before the loveseat, chairs, and ottomans. The couch took the longest to build as it clearly has more pieces and I would estimate that it took, in total, about 4-5 hours to build everything. We had no issues with building it with the instructions and materials provided. The cushions are comfortable and not too stiff. The grey wicker is a beautiful shade and the cushions are like a denim blue, which match our grey Trex deck and blue house well. The biggest selling point for me was the multi-purpose table since it can go up to serve as a dining table and down to serve as a coffee table. We just finished putting it together last night and sat on each piece briefly, but it feels solid and supportive. Our young kids love it and are excited to have friends over to play Uno on the table outside.
