Where does Direct Wicker deliver?
We offer free shipping to many locations, though certain remote or island areas may be excluded. Please contact us in advance if you reside in such regions to confirm delivery availability.

Can I order online and pick up my order in-store?
Absolutely! Customers can choose to pick up their orders at our locations in California and Florida. Pickup is available between 1 PM and 5 PM on weekdays. For more details or to arrange a pickup, please contact us. You’re also welcome to visit our showroom anytime to browse and select your preferred outdoor furniture.

Can I request delivery on a holiday?
Delivery service is not available on legal holidays. Items requested for these times must be delivered the day before or day after the date requested.

Can I include a special message with my online order?
Yes, you can! When placing an order, simply add the recipient’s name, a personalized message, and your name as the sender. You can also specify a desired delivery date before completing your purchase.

Can I send to multiple arrangements to different addresses in the same order?
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate multiple delivery addresses in one order. Separate orders will be required for each distinct shipping address.

How do I place an order for delivery?
There are two easy ways to place your order with Direct Wicker:
- Order Online: Browse the on-line catalog, and complete the delivery information next to the product you've chosen. Include your desired delivery date, along with a special message for the recipient.
- Order by Telephone: After selecting your preferred items, simply note down the product SKU and call us at (813) 304-1389 to place your order.

What is the cut-off time for the Delivery?
Small items typically arrive in about 3 working days. Larger items may take 3-10 working days. For specific shipping inquiries, please reach out to us at sale5@directwicker.com. Currently, shipping is only supported to customers in the United States Normal delivery hours are 9 AM - 5 PM for business addresses, 8 AM - 7 PM for residential addresses, and 9 AM - 2 PM for schools. During peak holidays like Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day, we extend our delivery hours to 7 AM - 9 PM.

Can I schedule Direct Wicker furniture delivery at a specific time?
Yes! For orders placed at least 3 days in advance, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request for specific delivery times, such as AM or PM delivery, or by a specific time (e.g., by 3:00 PM). However, please note that delivery within these timeframes may not always be feasible due to factors beyond our control.

Can my Direct Wicker furniture be delivered to a hospital or workplace?
Yes, our arrangements are all available for home, hospital or business delivery.

Yes, you can! While all of our online transactions are processed through a secure server with encryption to protect your personal information, we understand that some customers prefer not to transmit their credit card details online. Is there a sales tax for online orders?
Yes, taxes are included for US customers. All online orders are subject to sales tax, which will be applied to the total amount of your order. The tax rate is determined by the rate applied to our shop’s location, regardless of the delivery address.

What if I need to cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at (813) 304-1389. Cancellations must be made before the order is delivered. If the cancellation request is made after delivery, we are unable to issue a refund. We cannot accept cancellations if an order is placed with incorrect information that prevents direct delivery, such as an incorrect address for a home or office.

Because all rattan is hand-woven by skilled craftsmen, rattan tension and placement may vary slightly. We will make every effort to maintain the "look and feel" of the arrangement by considering the overall shape, size, style, and color combination.

What if a substitution has to be made on a time crunch?
Due to the importance of delivering orders for special occasions on a specific date, if the furniture you requested is not available and we are unable to contact you using the information you provided, we may substitute an item of equal or greater value to ensure timely delivery.
