Perfect for anytime
This propane fire pit is perfect for us. It was relatively easy to assemble but I think the screws schools be better labeled. I used the shorter screws were I shouldnµÔ‘˚ have and have to figure out my error. After that it was easy and I was able to do this myself. It too about 30-45 minutes.

Love this gas firepit table
UPDATE: I received an immediate response from the manufacturer and was offered com I ensation to my satisfaction. The firpit arrived very well packed but unfortunately it has a scratch in the table top finish. I just contacted the manufacturer to see if there is anything that can treat it. Otherwise this is an attractive, well made unit. I read some other reviews before starting assembly which save me time as I agree the directions should be better written. The four stars is because of the scratch. I haven't fired it up yet so fingers crossed that goes well.

Inadequate instructions and inadequate parts labeling.
BEWARE, there are un-labeled and potential un-expected assembly problems.1. There is a top and bottom to the "un-notched" end piece. There is no label to indicate the top or bottom. Be sure the narrow side is down (base of unit) and wide side is up (top of unit).2. The central "X" cross-brace on my unit was welded in the wrong place. I had to hacksaw the weld in order to install the brace. I wasted a lot of time trying to figure out why the brace wouldn't fit properly until I realized the weld was 1 inch off and out of square.3. Be very careful when starting the bolts. It is very easy to cross-thread them.Once assembled, it feels solid despite how light it is. We've used it only one evening so can't comment on its durability, but we like the looks, the initial functionality as a fire pit and table and if it is durable we will be very pleased.Again, be aware, there can be unexpected assembly challenges. Good luck.

Assembly instructions need improvement
End panels should be labeled top or bottom. They are not square and can easily be assembled upside down. Hex head screws should be used instead of socket head. They would be easier to install. Igniter/flame control panel is too flimsy and needs bracing.

Product is great and no issues with instructions.
Instructions seemed fine to me. Perhaps the questions that users have are the labeling of the different size screws. In the instructions, 1 refers to the smallest screws, 2 the medium, and 3 the largest screws. 4 refers to the washers. One washer per screw. That's it. The instruction images are intuitive. And the actual parts were all labeled nicely with stickers. At least on mine.Everything lined up perfectly on my unit. The support crossbars fit two ways, but the correct way becomes obvious once it's mounted. It took me about an hour maybe an hour and a half, but I was intentionally deliberate. Could have probably done it in 45 minutes if speed was important.I was worried about the slide out, and thought that would be the primary challenge. But that was a cinch. It's quite smooth and quiet. Looking forward to lots of use. Unfortunately, the wine and cheese did not come with the product.

Good value
Came well packaged, a labeled for assembly. Well built and easy to build. Very happy with the quality, followed advice of another reviewer of coating the top with rust oleum clear engine high heat paint to protect the aluminum top before using. Nice flame, puts off a lot of heat.
