A Great Deal on a Fire Table
We will use this as both a table and fire feature in our back yard by the pool We needed to replace our rickety old plastic round table anyway so this was big enough to fill that niche. The finish is a very dark brown and fits our earth tone theme. I have yet to light it up but am feeling positive about the outcome. When assembling this table you need to realize that the top and bottom of the support structure have different dimensions, with the upper area slightly (around 2") wider than the bottom. This means you need to pay attention when assembling or you will think that the kit is all wrong! The instructions are pretty good but they make no mention of this aspect. All screws were included, in three lengths but the same Allen bolt size, #6. The whole assembly is fairly light when out of the box so you can carry and move it easily. Nice quality and looks!A follow up. We have only used this table once, and it was difficult to get going. For some reason the propane regulator was not allowing gas to pass to the burner area, which makes this impossible to use. It did pop open for some reason after while and we were able to get it lit, that time. We just tried this again last night and no go. That darned regulator is sticking closed, I believe. I will have to try and replace it somehow. Otherwise it is a fine piece in the back yard!I bought a replacement regulator but I think that I did not realize that you need to push the control knob in when trying to light this thing! When you do you can hear a rush of gas and then you push the ignitor button, Voila! Flames about 12" high if you aren't careful! Just adjust the gas flow downwards. Nice to get it lit!

Very nice looking, works Well. A couple of issues putting together
I would have given this product a 5 star if it wasn't for just a few issues. Let's start with the packaging. the box arrived with a couple of "dings" in it but upon opening it up everything was beyond packed well. Kudo's to them for great packaging. Next putting it together was pretty good to a point. I read all the reviews about being sure to read directions first before even starting. That was helpful. Put it together easy enough up until getting the propane tank slide part to actual table, seemed like the long sides of table were just a bit warped. Ended up having to dig around and get a longer screw just so it would fit (probably side panels where warped a bit). Next and the biggest frustration was trying to attach top of table to base. Had to fiddle with it a bit to finally come to the realization that one corner of the table is not in the right spot (off about 2") to attach to base. Nothing I could do would make it work to attach all 4 corners. After 30 mins of very un-lady like language, I gave up. Fortunately for me my brother came to town and jimmy rigged something so it is now set. I think directions say 30mins construction, I knew that meant 1 hour but took 2 hours with all the non fitting issues. The good thing is the table is now up and running and is perfect for me. I do a lot of outside cooking and this is perfect for what we use it for.....yes, I know this is not a cook top but I do Japanese cooking and have it set up for teppanyaki. I do suggest not destroying the box until your return policy has passed. I kept everything right down to the string that somethings were wrapped in...just in case. Looks fabulous, runs great and has enough heat output. All in all I am very pleased.

Great fire table! Just beware... customer service/warranty process lacks flexibility
We really enjoy the table...it is beautiful and functional and would have given 5 stars had it not been for the difficulty we faced with replacing a damaged shipment. It's a super attractive fire table and it gives off very good heat. It's very functional as a full table with the fire cover in place, and with the fire going and the wind shield in place it looks very classy. The product is very cleverly designed and packaged to make assembly go smoothly; but in our case we found a damaged component after completing assembly. No problem, we assumed the vendor would just ship us a replacement piece for what was damaged during shipment. However they insisted that we had to send the entire table back, which by that time was fully assembled without original packaging. They said they do not have replacement components. They sent us a shipping label and said we could return it assembled, however FedEx would not ship it under the return label provided unless the table was disassembled and repackaged into a footprint similar to a flat screen TV. The vendor would not provide us an alternative method to ship, and they would not pay FedEx for the quoted box once we disassembled it. We suggested several solutions to the vendor, including sending us a replacement table and we could then just substitute the damaged piece for the new piece and send it back with original packaging. Instead we had to pay for a shipping box and they would not send a replacement table until the original was returned, meaning the full replacement process took nearly 4 weeks. This company could improve with a bit of creativity and flexibility; in total we worked with six different customer service agents and none of them could agree to any solution other than to ship the whole table back and to place the difficulty, time and expense on the customer.

Works great
Warning according to the manufacture it is not to be used directly on a wooden deck, which is not listed in the description. I purchased it for my wooden deck and will use it but with a piece of fire rock underneath even though it never gets hot under the table. Tips for assembly: the two ends are tapered the smaller width is the bottom. use an Allen wrench socket 5/32 instead of the tool provided much easier. the directions are not translated well but it's still easy to put together. Very nice looking and lights easy. Very happy with the purchase.

We love this table!
We purchased all new patio furniture this year and then started looking for a fire table. We wanted it to be big enough to have dinner on when we wanted to and also to be able to put our feet up on. We found this table and it is perfect! It is very sturdy, is large/wide enough on all 4 sides to use as a table, even with the fire screen up, and is absolutely gorgeous! The fire/flames are beautiful! The low to high setting is perfect (although we always have it on high because we want the maximum flame all the time!) and after having it for a month and using it at least 3-4 times per week, we have not had to change out or fill the propane tank. We even sat out there one night for a couple of hours! This table is not designed to put out a ton of heat when sitting around it, but it is very warm when you are really close to it. If you are looking for a large fire table this one is perfect!

Buy it!
We searched for quite a while and I initially found one I absolutely loved but it was $2,200! I almost made the purchase but gave myself another day to look around. I found this one and read a ton of the reviews and was sold. It really is beautiful and very easy to assemble and use. The other one I was thinking about was charging extra for both the glass wind guard and the cover! So to have both included in this one was amazing. We did buy different color stones to add more color to the flames. When it came, there was a hole in the box so we were worried and sure enough there was a ding in the top of the table when we opened it. I wrote an email to the customer service dept. and within an hour they replied. I had only asked for a replacement table top, but they explained they could not send just a certain piece. Instead they offered us a 20% refund if we kept it in the condition it was in. Since it was a very small ding, we accepted the refund! It was handled very quickly and professionally. The table itself it a nice size too, and we even left the cover on as a tablecloth for an impromtu small mothers day outdoor brunch. It was perfect! I've also been reading a lot of comments about the ignitor not working and having to use a lighter. I'll say that happened to us once, but my husband figured out that if you hold in the ignitor, push in the dial to light the flame, let the ignitor go, but hold in the dial a bit longer, the flame stays lit. Using this technique, we've not had the problem again. I hope it helps others. One last thing, we also have a wood fire pit that we love as well, and you really cannot compare the heat output in my opinion from a wood fire pit to a gas fire pit but the ambiance is awesome and we love having the option to use one or the other or both! Enjoy it if you buy it, we have been absolutely loving it!

The glass windshield may explode.
Generally, this firepit has been satisfactory. It wasn't that hard to put together, is stable for its purpose, and pretty. BUT last night one of the glass panes exploded from the heat. Considering this glass came with the firepit to be used on the firepit as shown, it doesn't seem like this should happen. It happened instantly sounding like a gunshot with no warning whatsoever. Thankfully no one was in the way of the flying glass at the time. My dog did manage to eat one of the tiny pieces of glass (why?, Idk) before I could get to her, and we ended up at the animal emergency hospital for several hours. Again thankfully, so far, she's ok. But this could have been horrible if the kids had been here warming their hands by the fire. Eyes could have been put out, etc. I shudder to think. Needless to say, after cleaning up the mess, I picked up and won't be using again the rest of the glass windshield. Nice firepit, but forgo the glass.

A gray wicker pit for a gray wicker set, just what we needed
After reading the mixed reviews, I was weary of getting this particular fire pit. We needed a gray colored table that was wicker to match our sofa and chairs. I only had two choices, and we took a gamble and went with this one. I am glad to say I have zero regrets.I made some errors along the way (wrong screw used and panel installed upside down). The directions are not very clear, but it was definitely doable with a little critical thinking. The directions said 30 minutes to install which seems optimistic. It took my wife and I roughly an hour. An extra pair of hands makes a big difference. However, I do have a problem with the starter not working properly. I tried different methods and found one that works, I just hope for the life of this table that my procedure for the starter will give me fire every time I give it a go.Product arrived with no damage to any of the parts. The wicker material could be more durable, though not a concern as it will not be seeing any direct sunlight. The table weighs a fraction of what I thought it would, making it a breeze to maneuver. The gas tray is surprisingly useful and operates without issue. Very happy with this product overall considering some of the drawbacks.
