Love my chairs. They are very sturdy and comfortable. I bought them for my Deck. There was a problem getting them Fed Ex said they were delivered and they were not. But after reaching out to the seller he took care of it and my chairs were delivered. Definitely would recommend.

Very hard to put together

Planned to use as new back porch chairs but they are impossible to put together. So now they are in a spare room in the corner since no one can sit in them**Update: the company reached put and has offered to refund the cost. Will update again once refund is received *****Final update...got my refund from the company. So greatful!Great company to work with. Will help solve problems. Really wish I could've used these chairs. They are what I'm looking for but none of the holes lined up and I'm alone now so no help to try to fix them. I'm sure my husband could've figured something out but since he passed away a few months ago I am figuring it out myself and I'm not mechanically inclined.Thank you to Rilyson!

Looks great, hard to assemble

Chairs look great in our sunroom but they were a challenge to put together. Holes were behind some of the Rattan making it hard to line up.

Very Comfortable Chairs

The chairs are fairly sturdy and extremely comfortable! It was a bit of a challenge to get them assembled...the components didn't always line up well and it was hard to get some of the bolts inserted and started. With a lot of jiggling and losening / tightening combinations of bolts I was finally able to get the pair of chairs assembled, but it took a lot longer than I anticipated.

Yeah, I have been through Ikea's Basic Training but the Chinese who made this beat Ikea. I'm Chinese American by the way. So I read plenty of the reviews on how to not tighten the bolts before everything was in place and most people said it wasn't so hard to assemble. I actually did the first chair by myself with no problems. A bit of reaching on hands and knees and turning the chair in my lap but I did it. Maybe I got too confident. By the second chair, something didn't fit right. The problem was the curve of the rattan was too much and the provided larger bolt could not reach the designated bolt hole. I tried pushing the rattan, flattening the curve but of course that didn't work. I decided going to the hardwood store and getting a longer bolt was better than returning the chair or even notifying the seller and waiting for them to ship me a new arm piece or longer bolt. So for $1.49 I got a longer bolt, not black but come on, it fit and the rattan pretty much hides the shiny bolt. And now both chairs are assembled and comfortable and easy to get in and out, feels sturdy.

These chairs are just so perfect and sit very comfortably. I had an issue with one of the chairs being warped and it sat crooked. Seller was very responsive with several emails. After I sent a picture of the damaged chair, they immediately sent a new one minus the cushions. I couldn¡¯t be happier with the set and the stellar customer service, so you can buy without hesitation. They will make it right if your set comes less than perfect. Watch the video for installation instructions as the paper instructions are not great.
