Wonderful patio addition
First and foremost, product aside, this company has the BEST customer service. I don¡¯t think I¡¯ve ever had a company be more responsive and concerned with my happiness about a product, ever.Now to the product itself. I love love love it. It is simply lovely and exactly what¡¯s pictured. It¡¯s the perfect place to relax after a busy day. The seating is very comfortable, and the table fireplace is beautiful, and adds to the overall enjoyment of the set. On a cool evening a light throw in the fire, will actually keep you pleasantly toasty. During the day, the sofa is the best place to relax with an ice, cold beverage, and a book I highly recommend it.

Great Sofa for a new Deck
We've had a great experience with NICESOUL. We ordered on a Tuesday with the expected delivery being the next week on Wednesday/Thursday but we got everything by Saturday. The seller informed us it would arrive in separate packages and even provided separate tracking numbers for everything, which was appreciated!!My husband put all the seats together, which was a little difficult. BUT all of the parts were labeled so the directions were clear. Just some of the screws were hard to get to and he had to do a million short turns with the provided Allen wrench.The couch looks beautiful and fills our space perfectly. The cushions are thick enough and firm that I don't see them getting worn out any time soon. The structure seems sturdy and can hold up to my youn niece and nephew monkeying around on them.But we found the key to this set is the fire pit!!! We didn't know if we would get this together on our day of deck accessory building. BUT we busted out the construction in about 15 minutes before it got dark and got to enjoy this beautiful that evening. Love the 'H' bar for the gas, we get twice as much fire!!!!! We only need it on low and would have to break out the guard if we put it on high, as that is a conflagration setting. The table top is big enough that drinks aren't right on top of the fire, although the glass does get warm. When covered it provides plenty of space as a coffee table.We love it!!!!

So far so good, I really like it
It's only been two weeks since I've had it, but so far i really enjoy it.Installation was straightforward and easy, it just takes a bit of time on the 7-piece set, the box said one chair should take 15 mins, but honestly, 30mins is correct for the first piece then your time will get faster.yes like other people said you will get your delivery over a weeks period in time, my delivery was every other day I would receive a huge box on my porch at 8 Am, I'm so glad it was delivered while I was on vacation from work or this 4ft X 4ft box would be sitting in plain site all day.I absolutely enjoy it so far, everything looks great. the only problem I had was the ignition button on the fire pit it doesn't work and I've been attempting to get that working properly as it should be, but other than that for the price it's amazing and looks great, I really like it.

Beautiful sectional, easy to assemble (instructions were very easy to understand). Arrived quicker than expected. Can be arranged to fit any space. Good quality and price.

Great product
We received our boxes over the course of a few days as was told to us, so no surprises there. Everything was ultimately delivered. Everything we needed was in the boxes for the assembly. Assembly took a while haha but we as a good workout lol. Came together nicely. Fit our space the way we wanted. So far so good, we are very pleased. Couple of negatives; cushions slip and move a lot. Will need to find a solution for this. Secondly, the back-pillow cushioning is not very full so will to fill it some more. Overall though for the price, great great product.
