Easy Return Process
Before returning an item, please contact us at sale5@directwicker.com to ensure a smooth process.
Errors and Defects
* If your return is due to our error or a defective product, we will cover both the cost of the merchandise and shipping.
* Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after receiving the returned items and will be credited to the original payment method.
* If your order has not shipped, you may cancel it at any time. Once shipped, cancellations are not supported.
Return & Refund Guidelines
* Initiate Returns Within 30 Days: Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery for new, unused items.
* Condition: Items must be returned in new, unused condition with all original materials.
* 45-Day Window: Returned items must arrive at our processing center within 45 days of delivery. Partial refunds may be issued for items not in original condition, at our discretion.
Customer-Caused Returns: If the return is due to personal reasons, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
Important Notes
* Our return policy applies only to items purchased directly from Direct Wicker.
* Full returns, including all components, are required for a full refund.
