Order Processing : Orders are processed within 2 business days, excluding holidays.

 

Delivery Times (US )

Small items: 2-5 business days
Larger items: 4-10 business days

Self-Pickup
Customers may pick up orders at our California or Florida centers, available from 1 PM to 4 PM on weekdays. Please contact us to arrange a pickup.

 

Free Shipping
We offer free shipping to most locations. Some remote or island areas may be excluded. Please contact us for details if you are in a remote location.

 

Stock Availability & Delivery
If the items are in stock, your delivery will follow the estimated shipping times listed on the product page.

 

Order Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive an order confirmation email, followed by tracking information once your items are dispatched. Please check your email regularly.

 

Tracking Information
Tracking updates will appear once your package arrives in the destination country and is handed to the local carrier.

 

Taxes
Taxes are included for US customers.

 

Shipping Guidelines
