Coverage
If the product has quality issues within the warranty period (excluding damage caused by user actions, disassembly, or modification), we will replace the product or send replacement parts at no cost.
Warranty Coverage
* Covered Products: All items, except fragile items, glass products, cushions, backrests, and consumables, are covered.
* Damaged on Delivery: If the product is damaged upon delivery, we will send a replacement at no charge.
Warranty Terms
* Outdoor Furniture: 2-year quality guarantee under normal usage; warranty period of 12 months for replacements due to quality issues.
* Indoor Furniture: 12-month quality guarantee under normal usage, 3-month warranty for replacements due to quality issues .
* Please refer to the product page for specific warranty durations.If any quality issues arise, we will assist with solutions, including technical support and free replacement parts.
Exclusions
* The warranty does not cover:
*Accidental damage or collisions
* Unauthorized modifications or repairs
* Misuse or rough handling
* Normal wear and tear (scratches, dents, etc.)
* Damage caused by natural factors
Claim Process
To file a warranty claim, please contact us with photos, videos, or other evidence to assess the issue. If we cannot verify the damage due to lack of cooperation, we will not be able to process the claim. Once verified, we will provide a prompt solution and ship a replacement product.
