- The Warranty Service should be purchased along with the product. However, the valid period of the warranty service is according to the original order date if the warranty service is not purchased with the general product.
- Purchase of one warranty service can only be used for one product purchased sitewide.
- Service Procedure
To obtain warranty services, the original retail purchaser must comply with the requirements of this Service Procedure.
When contacting the Direct Wicker retailer to obtain warranty service, please kindly sending the original bill of sale, the product serial number, and the product photos with the email. Direct Wicker reserves the right to require defective parts be returned upon request.
- Modifications to Products
This Warranty Service does not apply to any products that have been altered by any person, dealer, or company without the express written authorization of Direct Wicker.
