Great table for entertaining

Assembly made impossible without sawing apart the X Bar Brace Support
The instructions are written simply enough to follow well. The process is pretty simple for one person (but its easier with two people so that one can hold a section up while the other tightens the screws). But the 3rd or 4th step calls for attaching an X-Shaped Bar from the bottom left of the unit to the top right of the unit to act as a support and to also hold the sliding Propane Tank frame. My X-Shaped Bar was welded at the incorrect place and it was impossible to screw in correctly without literally taking a saw and separating the two pieces. It was pretty frustrating and it turned what should have been a 30 minute installation into a few hours.Once its all put together it works perfectly and it is beautiful.

Beware If Something Breaks
We have used this product about 6 times when we have get togethers. Today, I went out to start it and the electronic igniter would not work.Normally I would call the manufacturer and order another. Guess what, they do NOT stock replacement parts.So, if something breaks after 60 days (that's the total length of warranty) for an item that should last for years. You are out of luck. The best that BCP could do for me was to tell me that if it had broken within 60 days they still couldn't do anything for me since they do not stock replacement parts!My suspicion is that they are a reseller and simply buy the unit, put their name on it and ship to customers.So, not I have a fancy 500 dollar fire pit that has to be manually lit and each time I have to cross my fingers that I don't burn my hand when reach into the fire pit to light it.Oh JoySuggest you stay away from BCP

Cover is not durable - fades and rips
The core firetable seems okay, but the so called "durable fabric cover is included to ensure this fire pit table will withstand the elements" faded within a few months and then just ripped during the last rain storm we have. The supplier only provides a 60 day warranty which seems like a joke for something deemed as "durable." The supplier would not replace the cover, does not have any in stock, and then they said they don't sell the covers separate anyways.

Great fire pit table
Great table. Quite large which works great in our space. Assembly was pretty easy - except for the last screw. We really werenµÔ‘˚ able to get it in. Thankful itµÔúc just for the table top and the other 3 are in good and it doesnµÔ‘˚ have to support anything. We love this so much. The wind guard really helps to project the heat. Love it and weµÔÈ‘e so glad we purchased!

Great Fire Table
Enjoying this so far. Seems well built. I like the built-in hangers for the middle burner cover. I would like it warmer, but I don't think there tables this style and size that put out more than 50,000 BTU and would probably blow through a tank of propane very fast. Of course I am trying to use it during winter. I like the cover that came with it. Fits it very well and keeps it protected from the elements. I looked at many before purchasing this one and I am happy I purchased this one.

Easy to use and looks great!
It was easy to assemble and we like how easy it is to get to the propane tank and the switch. The one we had previously was that easy. We also like the glass around the fire so its not blowing everywhere and looks nice as well.

Great price for the size!
I ordered this fire pit yesterday and received it today! I love it! It is even more beautiful in real life! It is very sturdy and big! The reviews I read online were very helpful about the assembly because the holes do not always line up. So do not tighten anything until you have it together. From the reviews I knew it would not probably put out that much heat but is enough for me. The price for the product was amazing to compared to other fire puts half this size and not nearly as beautiful!Very satisfied customer!!!
