Pickup By Yourself
Customer pickup is available at our California, Florida and Phoenix Center. Arrangement can be made for customer pickup. Pickup at this location is available from 12pm to 6pm on Working day only. Please contact us for more information.
*** RETURNS
Most merchandise should be returned within 30 business days in unused, like-new condition.
Please Contact Us for the damages or defects before arranging the returns. Otherwise, Direct Wicker reserves the right to refuse the returns.
After inspecting the returned item(s) with no further questions, your order will then be refunded, excluding the initial delivery charge to your original payment method within 3 business days.
***Please note that we can only accept your return in the following condition:
1. In its original packaging (as it arrived)
2. Undamaged and unassembled
3. All returns will only be eligible for a refund if it remains unused and re-saleable.
4. Within 30 days of receiving your order
*** REFUNDReturns due to the general dissatisfaction or buyer’s remorse, the returning shipping costs will not be paid by Direct Wicker
We give a partial refund if the returned item is not in its original and unused condition. The amount of the partial refund depends on the condition of the item as determined by our sole discretion.

- Direct Wicker return policies apply only to items purchased from the Direct Wicker.
- Items must be returned completely, including all components, for a full refund.
- Federal law prohibits items that use flammable liquids or gas from being returned through the mail.
- Custom-made products, such as paint samples and custom-cut blinds, are not eligible for return.
