*Delivery may take 3 days-2 weeks to arrive and depends on product availability, delivery location, and service type selected. Small items such as rain hoods are usually delivered within four workdays, while large ones such as sofas are generally delivered about one week. Usually from the California, Florida and Phoenix warehouses.

Pickup By Yourself

*Customer pickup is available at our California, Florida and Phoenix Center. Arrangement can be made for customer pickup. Pickup at this location is available from 12pm to 6pm on Working day only. Please contact us for more information.

 

*** RETURNS

We will replace any defective item for up to a full year from the date of purchase.

All damages or defects must be clearly communicated to the customer service representative.

Verification of the reported issues is completed through an inspection upon our receipt of the returned item(s). After our review, you will receive an exchange, merchandise credit or refund.

All returned items must be in their original packaging and in the condition in which they were received for a full refund.

 

Return and Refund Policy Basics  

 

1. Most merchandise must be returned within 30 business days in unused, like-new condition.

2. Expedited shipping costs will not be paid by Direct Wicker when returning an item due to general dissatisfaction or buyer’s remorse.

3. Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment within 3-5 business days after we receive the returned item and make sure it is in new and unused condition with all original materials included with the shipment. Please make sure that item has NO man-made sabotage. Used items will not be accepted for return. 

4. Please note that all returns must be pre-approved by Direct Wicker. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. If you need to return, please check twice to confirm the item not work and contact our customer service representative, let us know the detailed problem and send us some pictures for confirmation.

5. We give a partial refund of the purchase price if the returned item is not in its new, original and unopened condition. The amount of the partial refund depends on the condition of the item as determined by our sole discretion.

6. Return all items using the original packaging.

  • Direct Wicker return policies apply only to items purchased from The Direct Wicker.
  • Original, standard shipping charges will be fully refunded for all returns regardless of return reason. Items must be returned completely, including all components, for a full refund.
  • Federal law prohibits items that use flammable liquids or gas from being returned through the mail.
  • Custom-made products, such as paint samples and custom-cut blinds, are not eligible for return.
