I live in Florida and it usually costs a lot of money to find a patio set that looks nice and is of good quality.My only recommendation would be improvements in the instruction manualIt took me three hours to assemble the first one

Like the description says, all boxes may not come at the same time. The problem I worry about is that it says my ordered was delivered, yes it was but only partially. I also now see that they are out of stock on the furniture pieces I bought. I really hope the 3rd box comes... I gave this 4 stars because it doesn't say how long it will be until the 3rd box comes.

When I removed the cushion covers, there's a very thin inner cover that just flaked to pieces. (That made putting the covers back on later just a disaster). After the wash, so much of the threading on the covers came loose/off, I spent so much time trying to cut most of it off. Putting the covers back on the cushions with all the flaked inner covers was just ridiculous. I was covered in shredded paper-like material and string. Never want to wash them again, which will be inconvenient in the long run but you get what you pay for. Cushions are also so light that the wind blows them off easily even the back Cushions that have straps.

Bought for a backyard. Took longer to assemble the first piece but then it's the same for most pieces and straightforward. Comfortable with included cushions, I do wish the elastic holding the backs on was better. We found the seat cushions slipped but just put carpet nonstop later under and it's fine.My biggest desire is that they would have two reclining corners not just one.

I was unhappy with the cushions for this set and the manufacturer reached out and made it right. This is a good company wanting to make changes for the better. They offered some assistance and told me they are working to make the cushions better. My initial review follows:Product arrived fairly quickly and on two different days. My husband had everything put together in about an hour. The cushions are thin and not the most comfortable. They are also very light and tend to slide on the seat and shift around on the back while in use and not in use. I wanted a place to stretch out and can do so with extra pillows for head support that i purchased at Costco. Unfortunately, where the two chair pieces meet together there is a slight hump which I feel on my back. It's okay and I can live with it, but if the cushions were better quality maybe it would be more comfy and they would stay put. Because the cushions are not waterproof, i bought a cover to keep it covered if I know there is rain coming.

I¡¯ve wanted a patio set for a while and I¡¯m pleased with this one for the price. I am a little annoyed that the price went down over $100 just a week after I bought it ??Assembly wasn¡¯t too difficult for one person. The instructions didn¡¯t have any words and none of the parts are labeled so it took some time just to figure out which pieces were which (the big parts were easy, more time went to making sure I was using the right size screws in the right spots)The only time I had any trouble with parts not lining up I either had the wrong thing in the wrong place, or I had missed a screw and overtightened the rest before having everything in place. If you put everything together correctly and then tighten up at the end like you¡¯re supposed to you shouldn¡¯t have a problem ??There are clips to hold the pieces together at the end, but several of them were just too small to clip on. They only clip onto the bottom so it¡¯s easy enough to clip two together, but I wasn¡¯t able to clip it all together into one big L shape. The way I have it now is two sets of 3 placed together.Overall very happy with it. I will scotch guard the cushions and buy a cover and we will see how it holds up!

Assembly instructions were vague, but easy to assemble once you identify the parts.Like many others, we are unable to finish the assembly of 2 chairs due to the wrong sized part. Seems like poor quality control on the seller's end. I reached out to the number on the seller Facebook page and was sent to a Google Voice service, no response via email either.UPDATE:We reached out to their customer service via email as well as the number found in their facebook page. Their response was within 24hrs - we had the new parts delivered within 5 days. The parts were a perfect fit and we are now enjoying a our full set of patio furniture.

Had some issues at first receiving my order but once I got it all I can say is WOW. The set was not hard at all to assemble, after the first part was built I realized that starting off the screws was the easiest way to get it all together, if you fully tighten the screws you can't get much movement if someone the hole don't align. Yes some of the holes didn't align but after you have all the screws started and begin to tighten it all falls into place. Be patient when building and you should have no problem. The comfort is also a plus! No it's no Lay-z-boy but the seat cushions are pretty comfortable. We kept moving them in and out of the garage but with this Midwest weather we just gave up and left them outside. Have had the set for about a month now and have not seen any wear from the weather. All in all happy with the set and the service from both and the manufacturer.
