Direct Wicker's Outdoor Patio Conversation Set with Storage Box - PAS-1503

The only negative comment I have is that the clips that hold the sections together aren¡¯t tight. So I¡¯m constantly making them even. But this set is a great buy and I would purchase it again!!!

The glass top was shattered but the seller is sending us a new one.The product is sturdy but assembly is cumbersome because of the machining of the bolt holes. It takes a lot of partially tightening one screw to make it line up with the others when connecting a piece with multiple attachmentsOther than that this is a good patio set, the storage container for the cushions is very sturdy, has an internal bag for moisture and a great hydraulic spring that was both easy to attach and well designed for the weight it supports

The set is really nice. Takes some time to assemble but it is not too difficult if you take your time. Love the storage cube... wish it was a bit bigger to fit all the cushions, however it¡¯s still a nice touch. Our set came with discolored piece but I contacted the company and they we very quick with responses and sent a new piece quickly to rectify the problem. Highly recommend the company, great customer service.

These were very difficult for my husband to put together however turned out great (took over 3hours)! The set is super comfortable and the quality seems good. The only bad part is that the sections don't stay together because the pieces they sent to merge them together aren't sturdy. Nevertheless, I still am happy with the purchase and the price!

This whole set comes in 4 boxes. Due to the Corona times, our shipment was split into 2 separate deliveries. Of course, all the assembly hardware was in the second shipment. However, once all pieces arrived, assembly was just a couple hours for the entire set. I think the only thing you give up buying this set at this price point, is the higher back on the seating that would make it a bit more comfortable. Other than that one complaint, it's an awesome set. We love our patio now. We did have to contact JOIVI for info on the shipment and they were responsive and helpful. Would buy from them again!

The instructions for assembly were very easy to follow. Some of the pieces went together smoothly and others, the angle on the frame was off so it took some muscle to make the pieces fit. The plastic wicker is very thin and will not be good in direct sunlight. The cushions are thin but do not feel like you are sitting on a rock. I expected a better quality materials but I understood that you get what you pay for. It is not the best for comfort or longevity but looks really good on my patio!

Originally did not get all the pieces. Had to wait after Christmas to get. Did not like putting together.The letter stickers were off most of the pieces. This whole ordeal has been very frustrating.

Looks good when put together. Installation was average, as there were some alignment issues. Cushions are definitely not comfortable. I recommend you purchase thicker/better ones. Thus far, they have held up well in a covered Lanai in Florida. Not sure how they would hold up to fading under direct Florida sun. Overall, average set for the price.Update May 21-2021. Set is holding up. Cushions are wearing down and have been uncomfortable since the beginning. Just not thick or dense enough. Also, I sprayed them with Scotch Guard, which helps keep stains to a minimum and somewhat protects them from water/moisture.Update 3-3-2023. The cushions have basically lost any comfort that they used to have and unfortunately there are no replacements that I know of. Due to their size, it's almost impossible to find any cushions at other stores.
