Update: as soon as I reached out to Pamapic regarding the pieces that did not fit, Nicole responded quickly and shipped the correct pieces from the factory. They fit perfectly and I was able to complete assembly. I'm very happy with the service, they made it right as fast as they could. The furniture is comfy and my family I are very happy with our purchase.This furniture is somewhat time consuming to assemble, but not overly difficult. The large pieces are not marked with anything to correspond to the lettering in the instructions, so it took some time to determine which piece was which.However, we received 2 pieces that are too large and cannot fit the sofa seats for which they were intended. In the manual these are labeled C2 and they are each about an inch too long to fit the sofa seats. We want to make this product work for us - can the seller please reach out to us to discuss a solution?

Updating my review for the following- after leaving my review I was contacted by the stores customer service. They offered to rectify the issue by either sending me a new set for free or refunding me $200 dollars. I opted for the refund because we were able to make the couch work with the modified sides and a price point of $300 dollars seems worth it for the inconvenience. The customer service rep was kind and prompt in refunding the money.Original review:Like others who have reviewed, we got our couch with some side pieces that are too long and the holes don't align at all. After a lot of head scratching and reviewing solutions, we realized that with the feet attached the side would still sit flush with the ground, so we drilled new holes.I'm still giving it 1 star even though we solved it because 1) we would have returned it instead if we hadn't read the horror stories of people with the same issue trying and being unable to, and 2) because why the heck are we engineering a solution for a $500 product? This is pretty ridiculous for the company to be selling this crap.

This set is more comfortable than I thought it was going to be based on prior reviews and was relatively easy to assemble. We followed others¡¯ advice and attached Velcro to the cushions to keep them secure. We have several family members over 6 feet tall and the chairs are a good height for them. I followed the instructions carefully and had no issues. The pieces really only fit together one way, and although the pictures were sometimes vague, it was easy to figure out what went where. And the reclining piece is a big hit! So comfortable. The only difficulty I had was with the clips that hold the chairs to their neighbors. Those were tough to install. Overall very happy with my purchase.

The set is sturdier than I thought it would be, especially when I lifted each piece out of the box and found them all to be very light weight. Plus, there's only a small handful of bolts that are used to assemble each piece. Those two factors in mind, I was expecting it to be a little shaky when I sat on it, but I was wrong. The frame feels very sturdy.Along that same line, when I first considered the light weight along with the faux wicker, I thought the set would look cheap once assembled but, again, I was wrong. The set looks really nice once it's all set up.The assembly wasn't too difficult, as long as you use your own tools. I could imagine losing my mind if I used the little wrench and hex key to put this entire set together. There was an bolt or two that required a little bit of flexibility to reach, but nothing too difficult. The reason I give assembly only 4 stars is because the directions don't do a good job of identifying the bolts that you need to use on a given section. It's pretty quick to figure out, but there was a part of me that was wondering if I'd have to disassemble/reassemble down the line. I did not, so it was all good.One more thing I was mostly wrong about - the backs to the chairs are short and I thought they were going to prove uncomfortable. I'm 6' tall and, at my height, the short backs didn't really turn out to be an issue at all. Everyone else in the family is shorter, so no problems there. I'd have to imagine if you were a tall person the short backs would have to be less supportive than they are for me and my family, but I can't say that with any certainty (because I'd probably be wrong again).My primary issue with this set is the pillows. First, the bottom ones slide around under you pretty easily and there's no way to anchor them to the base. But the real downside is the comfort. They're fine if you're just spending a little time on them doing whatever. But if you want to settle in and spend some time, say reading a book or maybe taking a nap, the pillows 'wear out,' for lack of a better term, and your comfort is marginal, at best. The manufacturer or reseller or whomever is responsible for getting this product on the market should offer an upsell option for a better set of pillows. I'd have definitely paid more to get pillows that were more beefy. Plus, the manufacturer should add something that anchors these to the base. That would have made this set a nearly perfect.Overall, I think it's good value for the money, maybe a little better than I expected, but the pillows need improvement.

After we started assembling parts, noticed few screw positions are not correct. It seems we need to drill ourselves to fit them. There are some tears on rattans. However, rattan quality looks good and seller was very helpful and resolved this issue quickly.

Couch is very comfortable and looks great. Actually pretty sturdy and not too bad to put together. Instructions were easy to follow. Couch cushions are water resistant I¡¯d say?? Spilled stuff on them and it beads quick and falls off. I don¡¯t know about rain proof. I did put some UV protectant on the furniture as I don¡¯t really expect this to handle the Sun super well based on the price but for $15 a good UV protectant is probably worth it. Cushions slide as would any with Thai material so some some stick on Velcro was easy and works perfect. The adjustable back rest is amazing for laying down. We¡¯ve used it every night for the last 10 days we¡¯ve had set up.

I could not be more pleased with this purchase. I was of course nervous to make such a big and expensive purchase online, without seeing the product, but all the reviews I read held true. Arrived as expected, in 4 sturdy boxes; I was impressed with the packing design, as all the pieces fit snuggly together in the boxes like a puzzle, so nothing arrived jostled or damaged. There were clear sets of instructions for each piece, and all the parts were labeled to match the instructions. I had a little trouble understanding how the incline seat pieces went together, but nothing terribly taxing. I would recommend that, while assembling, don't tighten any hardware until all of the hardware in a piece is assembled; I noticed that if I tightened each joint one at a time, that sometimes I would get to the last joint or two and the holes wouldn't line up well. Of course, this is not a con of the product, but moreso speaks to my knowledge as an assembler.I was impressed with how sturdy everything was, but yet still how light the pieces were for me to carry and move around until I figured out the design I wanted. The cushions are decent - I haven't used them long enough to know whether the sponge inside the covers will bounce back after a lot of wear, but they aren't uncomfortable, and I'm really impressed with how easy to clean the covers are. My cats have been climbing all over, and all it takes is a quick brush of the hand and their leftover fur (or debris from the neighbor's tree) brush right off. Haven't tried washing them yet, but from the feel of the material, it's kind of like a shower curtain or washable outdoor tablecloth, so I'm assuming it will likewise be easy to wipe down if needed.If I had to nitpick at all, there are only 2 things I would really want improved:1. The suction cups on the table didn't really adhere well to the glass tabletop. I had to repeatedly press down to get any of them to stick, and then because the cups aren't secure in their vertical/horizontal location on the table (the wicker spaces have a little give), the suction cups can move a little if the tabletop is bumped. But that's kind of minor, as the glass is really heavy enough to stay in place (especially with a plant or other decor on top).2. While I LOVE that most of the back cushions have straps to hold them in place on the non-corner pieces, I wish there was also some way of attaching the seat cushions, and the back cushions on the corners. Again, nitpicking, but it's not too hard to slide around if you don't know the cushions aren't attached, and if it's super windy the backs on the corner cushions can flip down.

I was kind of skeptical about buying patio furniture without seeing it in person. It¡¯s actually pretty sturdy and was a good purchase. Very happy with my purchase.

All in all this is a nice sectional for your outdoor area. I put it on my deck and to date have received a lot of compliments. I do really like it but it is not perfect.It was not difficult to assemble but I wish it came with slightly better tools but they worked. The instructions worked well and it really was fairly simple to assemble, it just took a bit because there are quite a few pieces to put together. Mine had a few pieces missing, like screws but I was able to make do. The seller and I worked things out about it which is great.My least favorite part about the set is the table. I wish it was a little smaller and a tad higher so you can put it more in the center and it would actually stand above the seating area. The cushions are a bit thin so they do wear through a bit, so since it is mostly me I just rotate them. The back rest pillows do not stay in place on their own but when you lean against them they work just fine.I would not recommend leaving them out in the rain because if they get really soaked they take some time to dry out again. So if a storm is coming I take them indoors so I can use them again right away.I have seen a few rust spots already, not even a few months into using it but that doesn't really bother me since I doubt it will fall apart now and it is in spots that are not that visible. It is holding up pretty nicely but I do see that if someone around 200lbs sits in one spot for a little longer the sectional is hanging through a bit but it evens out if you leave it be for a while. The worst part of it is trying to put those little plastic pieces on them that connects them so they don't drift apart. I was not able to do that really so mine tend to just drift apart when I use it, again not a big deal but I wish they had a better system that is easier to apply.All in all it looks fantastic, was pretty easy to assemble just takes a bit and so far overall is holding up nicely. It is a decent value for what I paid and fits beautifully in the space that I put it in. In the winter I will either bring it indoors to protect it or cover it with a sturdy cover since winters here will get bad and I don't want it to get ruined. I think I should get at least a few solid years out of it without any issues at all. I love the lounging feature on it and se it a lot. I am out on my deck pretty much every decent day now and enjoy this a lot. I am very happy about it and glad I got this. Now I can actually entertain friends on my deck for a nice glass of wine or beverage of choice.
