Warranty
At Direct Wicker, we stand behind the quality of our products. This 1 Year Limited Warranty applies to eligible items purchased directly from directwicker.com and is designed to cover manufacturing defects under normal residential use.
Warranty Coverage (1 Year)
Direct Wicker warrants that products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of delivery, when used under normal, residential conditions.
If a covered defect is confirmed, Direct Wicker will, at its discretion:
- Provide replacement parts, or
- Replace the product, or
- Offer another appropriate remedy
What’s Not Covered
This Limited Warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear (including fading, minor fabric/padding changes, or natural material variations)
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, improper care, or improper installation/assembly
- Commercial use, rental use, or non-residential use
- Damage caused by exposure to extreme weather, water, fire, or corrosive environments
- Scratches, dents, or cosmetic damage after delivery
- Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance
- Any issues resulting from failure to follow product care instructions
Note: Natural variations in materials, grain, texture, color tone, or minor differences caused by lighting and production updates are not considered defects.
Reporting Damage or Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
- For shipping-related damage or missing parts, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
- For warranty claims within the 1-year period, please contact us as soon as the issue is discovered.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
To submit a warranty claim, email sale5@directwicker.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos/videos clearly showing the issue
- A brief description of the problem
- Your shipping address and contact phone number
Our team may request additional details to evaluate the claim.
Important Terms
- This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable
- Replacement parts or products may be new or refurbished, at our discretion
- If a replacement is provided, it does not restart the original warranty period
- Shipping, labor, and assembly costs are not covered unless required by law
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Direct Wicker is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of use, loss of time, or inconvenience.
Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of certain damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.
